All orders placed by 10pm EST Thursday will ship out same day. For domestic shipments (USA) please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 buisness days to recieve your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country's customs department. After your order processes you will recieve and email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships you will recieve an email with the tracking information.

We ship via United States Postal Service. The standard fee for shipping is $9.00 for Priority mail shipping within the domestic United States. All international shipping starts at $26.90. Please allow a delievery time of 6-10 days for your shipment to arrive

If you contact us within 2 hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at: ccbinyc@gmail.com with your order number if you believe your package will not arrive to you.

Once your order goes through, you will recieve a confirmation email with order number. If you created an account, you can log into your account and see the status of your order. If you haven't recieved ans email confiormation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not recieving our emails. If you have not recieved an email confirmation and do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to credit/debit card procressing issue. (Your name, billing address, and zip code that you entrered upon chekout must match your credit card statement's information).
